Including Links in Meeting Agendas or Recaps

Should agendas or recaps include links to documents like FigJam or Roadmaps?

Links in agendas or recaps are not required by default.

Include links only when the document is explicitly referenced in the agenda or the recap.

Examples:

  • ❌ No mention of FigJam or Roadmap → No need to include links
  • ✅ “Let’s review the FigJam alongside the roadmap” → Include both links

Principle:
Only add links when they are contextually relevant to avoid clutter and keep agendas or recaps focused.
