What is the Operations Dashboard?

The Operations Dashboard is a single Google Sheet that serves as the central measurement hub for all ASM activity at RevGravy. It is the source of truth for meeting hygiene rates, cycle planner completion, architect performance, time tracking.

Phil and architects have view access. Manuel is the only one who edits it. Data flows from raw input tabs into calculated summary tabs, then into the Dashboard tab which shows everything at a glance.

Tab structure

Color coding

Color	Meaning	Threshold
Green background	On target	≥ 90% for hygiene, ≥ 80% for cycle on-time rate
Yellow background	Watch — below target but not critical	70–89% hygiene, 60–79% cycle on-time
Red background	Below — needs immediate attention	< 70% hygiene, < 60% cycle on-time
Bold red text	Alert — zero value or missing data	0% or blank where data is expected
